Role and Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the CEO, handle end-to-end recruitment, compensation & benefits analysis, prepare HR regular reports, maintain and enhance HR polices, and ensure HR procedures are operating effectively
• Provide administrative services and professional assistance in all HR related areas, highlight issues and make recommendations to address issues and priorities
• Provide secretarial support to Directors
• Implement HR projects and initiatives including but not limited to retention strategy and process enhancement
• Oversee facilities services and maintenance activities
• Assist to monitor the production factories in compliance issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of experience as HR Officer, Administrator or other HR position
• In-depth understanding of office management procedures, labor laws, MPF schemes and employee benefits
• All-round administrative skills are required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible, hard-working, well organized, multitasking, flexible, positive attitude and pleasant personality
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in computer operations especially MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Immediate available preferable
