This is a multi-faceted role with emphasis on supporting business function to create an inspiring culture by ensuring our team delivers brilliant basics of our function, being the hub of information for the team, and providing support and advice to colleagues. We are seeking for a problem solver that is organised, able to multi-tasking and good at details, with a can-do attitude that would love the opportunity to work with a diverse range of people across multiple functions and countries. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary contact to work closely with the business leaders to ensure we deliver the People Plan to meet the business requirements.
• Supporting the business on people matters to ensure the People policies are followed in full compliance.
• Communicating People initiatives and changes to colleagues within the function I support, to ensure they are well informed and engaged.
• Support to manage the HR system migration and maintenance
• Assist in formulating and reviewing the People policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Supporting and investigating the grievances and disciplinary cases, act as the bridge to resolve the issues between the managers and the colleagues.
• Advising on pay, promotion or other people movement based on Reward policies.
• Welcoming the new joiners and catch up with them during probation, listen and offer the advice to the colleagues, and feedback to the manager when necessary.
• Assist to develop the talent management process and support the implementation of talent development plan
• Leading various People projects and act as go-to person to support and advice the team to achieve the tasks
• Following our Business Code of Contact & always acting with integrity and due diligence
• Living our values, respecting other people’s views and helping to create a great place to work
• Managing my own time and resources effectively using the resources and equipment available
• Working collaboratively with colleagues within my team and with a set number of pre-determined stakeholders

 Desired Skills and Experience:

• At least 5 years regional experiences in HR area with exposure to work in multinational companies
• Good understanding of HR policies and other HR related regulations
• Experience to work independently with the business leaders
• Stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Excellent written and spoken Mandarin and English
