Responsibilities:

• Provide a full spectrum of secretarial and operations support for the management team
• Perform general secretarial and operations duties
• Co-ordinate executive meetings and conferences
• Prepare company report & sales analysis
• Prepare agenda, minutes and presentation materials
• Handle incoming/ outgoing emails and correspondence
• Administrative support and backup whenever necessary
• Perform ad-hoc reports as assigned
• Report to General Manager

Requirement:

• Higher Diploma or above with formal Secretary training
• Minimum 5 years experience in Secretarial field or Personal Assistant
• Experience in Retail or Beauty industry is an advantage
• Immediate available is preferred.
• Possess character of friendliness, enthusiasm, honest and common sense
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua) is a must
• Familiar with computing software in MS Office, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Detail-minded, independent, presentable, well-organized and able to work under pressure
• A team player who is helpful and flexible
