Responsibilities:

• Report to Operations Manager and assist in full spectrum of store operations issue.
• Assist in set up operational procedures and goals so that staff are motivated to perform their duties and contribute to the team
• To analyze and report regularly on operational performance of stores within the assigned district.
• Manage food production flow, review food quality and service standards and provide guidance, instructions to the team and control food and labor cost.
• To lead store managers in preparing and archiving operational budgets and forecasts periodically.
• Provide training to subordinates
• To work closely with all functional teams to drive business results.
• Ensure Company standard can be carried out effectively.
  
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' of relevant experience with at least 1 years managerial experience from a sizeable business;
• Good leadership, organizational ability, analytical, problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Independent and able to work under pressure;
• Fluent English、Chinese and Putonghua
• Sport lover is highly preferable
