Job responsibilities:

• Manage IT Risks in accordance with bank policies and framework
• Provide second line defence on Risk and Control Management of IT including Cyber Security
• Perform It regulatory compliance assessment & reporting
• Evaluate Technology Risk in application and infrastructure design and to in-charge technology risk assessment (Including assessment related to new products)
• To Support User departments for self-assessment to ensure the compliance of HKMA requirement of Outsourcing
• Handle Information Security Standards and Procedures(ISSP) system related matters
• To manage technology related outsourcing activities
• Responsible, reasonable, proactive, hardworking and able to work under pressure

Job requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science/ Engineering or equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience in IT Risk Management
• Knowledge of IT Risk and compliance in principles and best practices
• Certification or passed examination in IT audit or information security (e.g. CISSP, CISM or CISA).
• Good to have Experience in IT Risk assessment for HKMA
