Insurance Business Development Manager (Job ID: 1688)

Reponsibilities:

• To assist Senior Insurance Business Development Manager to optimize the bancassurance model and provide sales support for insurance business
• To coordinate and work with relevant departments for new initiatives, competitive insurance products / offerings and streamlined process
• To provide professional sales support to frontline staff
• To develop insurance researches and product performance analyses
• To design and drive insurance promotions and marketing programs in branches
• To manage and lead the Insurance Specialist Team

Requirements:

• University graduate in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related discipline
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in banking / finance sector and / or insurance companies, and at least 3 years of managerial position, preferably with solid experiences in bancassurance / insurance business
• Pass in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations
• Sound knowledge in sales compliance, regulations and practices relating to retail banking products
• Independent, self-motivated and effective team player with good working attitude
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to work under pressure
• Strong analytical, communication and problem solving skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua a plus
