Branch Officer (Job ID: 1576)

Responsibilities:

• To ensure that the branch's daily operations and financial activities are in compliance with the Bank's policies and procedures
• To safeguard customer information and the Bank's properties
• To assist customers and branch personnel in complaint cases
• To motivate and monitor customer referrals and referral quotas achieved by tellers
• To provide customer service and assist the Branch Manager / Assistant Branch Operations Manager in sales-related matters

Requirements:

• HKDSE/HKCEE or above, with 5 subjects, including Chinese, English and Mathematics at Level 2/Attained/Grade E or above
• A minimum of 3 years' relevant experience of which 1 year at supervisory level
• Pass in  the Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examination or an Exempted / Qualified Securities Dealer
• Passes in the MPF and Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations
• Sound knowledge of the retail banking business and operations
• Good interpersonal, communication, sales, and management skills
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge of Putonghua will be an advantage
