Business Relationship Manager - Branch (Job ID: 1584)

Responsibilities: 

• To serve designated CorporatePlus account portfolio of the district
• To develop the portfolio by prospecting new corporate customers
• To maintain cordial customer relationship by providing differentiated services to business account owners and their employees

Requirements: 

• University graduate
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in banking or financial sector of which at least 2 years in retail banking
• Sound knowledge in retail banking products and services, and be able to ensure excellent services are provided
• Pass in the Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examination or an Exempted / Qualified Securities Dealer
• Passes in the MPF and Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations
• Strong technical knowledge of the Bank’s products and services
• Good understanding of relevant branch policies, procedures, practices, rules and sales compliance requirements
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge of Putonghua will be an advantage
• Proficient in both written and spoken Japanese or Spanish will be an added advantage

 (Candidates with less working experience may be considered for the position of Assistant Business Relationship Manager)
