THE ROLE

To grow our newly established technology startup, we are looking for a Business Development Manager who is resourceful, bright and confident with passion for technology and the ability to get people excited about your company, especially within the fast paced, energetic startup ecosystem.

As Business Development Manager, you will identify and develop partnerships and deals with both old and new economy companies to enhance our competitive advantages and drive growth and value creation with a keen eye for UX.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree or above
• Strong business development and entrepreneurial-minded independent performer who is resourceful, disciplined go-getter and is willing to work long hours (24/7) independently and/or as a team
• Solid understanding of the technology ecosystem especially internet start-ups and p2p platforms in Hong Kong
• Prior experience working within a proven new economy start-up or Fintech start-up a plus
• Established network with leading social media in Hong Kong (e.g. google, yahoo, LinkedIn)
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work with stakeholders from different levels
• Fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Attention to details with good problem solving and presentation skills
• Result-oriented, with ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment
