Our client, a well-established bank, is now seeking an experienced candidate to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain good relationships with clients
• Achieve various individual business targets and contribute to the team performance
• Manage and develop a portfolio of Corporate banking customers
• Cross-sell banking products
• Prepare credit proposals and approve credit facilities in accordance with delegated authority
• Provide guidance, coaching and support for junior teammates
• Conduct regular review and take proactive measures to ensure credit quality

Requirements:

• Degree holder of Business Management, Banking, Finance or related disciplines
• License holder of HKSI and IIQE is desirable
• Minimum 5 years banking experience in relationship management
• Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is preferable
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Relationship Manager
