Responsibilities:

• Build up and maintain effective business relationship with existing key accounts
• Handle all client request and orders
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales follow up services to clients
• Monitor stock management using internal system to maintain appropriated inventory level to support wholesales business
• Generate updated stock balance report and prepare monthly wholesales report to brand owners
• Work closely with Logistic team for delivery arrangement from warehouse toclients
• Work closely with Accounting for issuing invoice and overdue statement to the clients
• Work closely with the Branding team to discuss about stock issues and requests from clients
• Workclosely with mainland wholesales team regarding their client's order
• Admin work such as scanning, filing, data entry for the purchase record on each client etc
• Ad hoc reports for the supervisor and managers

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in beauty or retail industry
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Team player, yet self-motivated, responsible, and is able to work independently
• Good time management skill and is able to multi-task
• Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English
