Job Description
Customer Service Representatives
We are now recruiting more than one customer service representatives to cope with expanding business. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for:
- Daily liaison with customers in Asia
- Handling inquiries
- Providing after sales service
- Providing support to sales & marketing
Requirements:
- Education background or previous work experience in graphic/ interior design or related disciplines is preferred
- Knowhow in Photoshop and AI
- Good spoken and written Cantonese and Mandarin
- 1-2 years work experience and previous customer service experience is an advantage. Recent graduates may be considered
- Quick-learning and reliable
Compensation Package:
- MPF, 7-day annual leave (1 day incremental for every year thereafter)
