Job Description
The candidate should have a passion for working in a performing arts NGO and a proven track record in working in the Finance department of a mid-sized company (around 100 staff members).
Main Responsibilities
- Report to the Assistant Accounting Manager of the Company
- Responsible for both AP and AR accounting entries in the system
- Prepare payment to vendors
- Handle staff monthly expense claims
- Prepare reports from the finance system (Oracle Netsuite)
- Support on-going and ad-hoc projects as assigned by the Assistant Accounting Manager
Requirements
- LCCI Level III and/or Diploma in Accounting, with at least 1 year full set accounting experience
- Experience in handling job accounting is preferred
- Proficient in using MS Office, such as Word and Excel
- Knowledge of accounting software and ERP system is an advantage
- Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Candidate with less experience and qualification will be considered as Accounts Clerk.
