Responsibilities

• Perform daily accounting duties such as book-keeping, voucher, preparation of invoices and receipts, AP & AR functions, bank reconciliations, expense reimbursement etc.
• Data entry and maintain filing system
• Handle MPF, payroll payments, insurance and relevant levy
• Coordinate with accountant, external auditor and company secretary to maintain the company’s statutory records in compliance with companies ordinance
• General office administration support including office supplies procurement, office and facilities maintenance etc
• Provide other administrative and clerical support as assigned by manager

Requirements

• Diploma or above with LCCI level 2 or equivalent
• 2 Years or above relevant working experience
• Native in Cantonese and good command of English
• Good team player with pleasant, patient and meticulous personality.
• Good PC literacy (MS Office, Word and Excel)
• Immediate available is preferred
