Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Develop the fund accounting and operation policies;
• Handle the full set of accounts for an asset management company;
• Provide valuation portfolios, audit reports, tax issues, etc.;
• Prepare quarterly performance report and regular investor reports for investment funds, issue capital calls and distributions amount, maintain investors’ capital accounts, and calculate the Fund’s IRR; 
• Undertake regular compliance reviews and control measures;
• Liaise and keep good relationships with external parties;
• Handle the cash management;
• Assist in fundraising and new fund set-up projects.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree holder in Accounting or equivalent;
• Holder of Membership in ACCA / HKICPA or equivalent professional body;
• At least 5 years solid experience in sizable company in financial reporting and analysis;
• Experience or knowledge in M&A, cross-border transactions, fundraising, and/or fund management are preferred;
• Good ethic and strong analytical skills;
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
