Responsibilities:

• Report to Accounts Department - Leasing Team
• Perform full set of accounting books and related financial duties for Group of Companies rental operating accounts
• Handle all inter-company recharge, issue debit notes and prepare monthly statement for clients with invoice copies
• Update settlement entries for leasing properties in Company billing system and go to bank for cheque deposit on weekly basis
• Handle month-end,  year-end closing and compile budget and forecast figures breakdown
• Prepare monthly carpark report  and quarterly disclosure item for rental operating accounts
• Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Accounting or related subjects with LCCI Higher qualification
• Two years full set accounting experience preferred in sizable company
• Good PC skills, proficiency in MS Excel
• Experience in using Flex accounting system is a plus
• Self-motivated, willing to learn, attentive to details, good interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure
• Immediate available preferred
