Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Familiarize self with the Hotel product including & not limited to room categories, prevailing room tariff plus set up, facilities & amenities; Food & Beverage outlets, other facilities and their respective locations.
  • Perform Front Office related administrative work at back office
  • Follow up on tasks of daily trace report
  • Handle daily operation at Business Centre.

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above
  • 1-2 years relevant experience in hotel industry is preferred
  • Good computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Friendly with courteous manner
  • Good command of spoken English, Chineseand Mandarin
