Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in coaching / teaching or relevant disciplines
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Must be ambitious with a desire to succeed and have an interest in people development
• Familiar with teaching SEN or mentally handicapped people will be an advantage
• Professional certificate on specific subject will be an advantage, such as First-Aid, RSW, Low-Event
• With 2-4 years experience in coaching / teaching fields. Candidate with less experience will be consider as Assistant Trainer
• Proficiency with computer systems, including Excel and Google applications
• Team player who is self-motivated, creative, energetic, and result-oriented. Able to work independently and meet project timelines.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, EQ and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

• Leading/instructing individuals or groups on an Outdoor x Science x Arts activity/program/event
• Designing outdoor and creative activity programmes and products for different groups
• Designing learning resources for group
• Delivering training sessions or lessons in the outdoors and/or in a classroom environment
• Cleaning, maintaining and preparing equipment
• Assisting with catering and housekeeping duties
• Liaising with other outdoor users and organisations regarding local environmental conditions and site-specific issue
• Keep track on market trend of recreation and training activities, and understand customers’ needs to strive for continuous enhancement in the campaign.
