Job Description
The Job:
- Review and organize product nutrition label information and ensure compliance with regulation
- Establish and maintain database of regulations and product information
- Follow up with internal and external parties on label requirements
The Person:
- Tertiary education in Food Science, Food Nutrition or other related disciplines
- Preferably with experience in label checking or handling regulatory issue
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook
- Detail-minded, mature with good communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
Free shuttle service will be provided at Tuen Mun, Kwai Chung, Shatin, Wong Tai Sin, Kwun Tong, Causeway Bay, North Point and Aberdeen to facilitate transportation to Tseng Kwan O.
