Job Description

• Source and negotiate with suppliers to achieve competitive prices

• Develop supplier network and long term partnership

• Liaise with suppliers on all aspect of purchasing

• Prepare full set of import / export documents for customs clearance

• Work with internal department on inventory control

• Prepare analytical reports for cost calculation, comparison, control, and other purposes

• Handle ad-hoc projects as required

Requirement

• Diploma or above in Purchasing or Logistics related disciplines

• At least 1 - 2 years relevant experience in food procurement

• Good command of written and spoken English (Mandarin is a plus)

• Good negotiation and communication skills, able to work and sources with new suppliers independently

• Sound PC skills in MS Office and Chinese word processing

• Immediate availability would be an definitely advantage

• Able to complete tasks within tight time frame under pressure
