Job Description
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage General Administration and HR functions in PRC manufacturing company
- Sound knowledge of HK & China Employment Ordinance & PRC Labour Law, factory and human compliance, customs regulations
- Formulate and monitor the execution of HR Management policies and procedures
- Prepare various analysis reports & provide regular reports on time & keep check data recording completeness
- Liaise with various departments to meet the company’s goal and targets
- Handle ad hoc assignments as required
- Report to Managing Director
Requirements
- Degree holder in related management disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of administration management experience
- Solid experience of ISO 9001 system for printing company
- Good knowledge in computer and IT system applications
- Self-motivated and aggressive, Mature and high responsibilities
- Fluent in Mandarin
- Experience in printing industry is preferable
- Willing to travel overseas and china factory if necessary
