Responsibilities:

• Involved in the entire system development life cycle (SDLC), including collection of user requirements, system analysis and design and system development and testing
• Performing coding and system test
• Prepare technical documentation and provide user training

Requirements:

• Diploma holders or above in IT related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years application development experience with at least one year experience in J2EE
• At least one year experience in Oracle Database
• Experience in Unix environment, IBM WAS, Jasper Reports, RESTful web services and mobile development are highly desirable
• Good communication and technical writing skills
• Self-motivated, a team player, hardworking and able to work independently
• Prior experience in government project is an advantage
• Immediately available is highly preferred
