Application Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Handle change management request for continual enterprise system improvement process (from legacy to web / cloud) to ensure fulfillment of user requirements.
• Collect, identify and analyze business needs and user requirements.
• Support QA, vendor management, SLA review, production, implementation and UAT issues in software projects.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in IT or BIS related subjects
• Experience in ERP, Supply Chain or CRM system will be an advantage.
• Familiar with incident support & change management development life cycle.
• A team player with good analytical, organizational and problem solving skills.
• Good communication skills, self-motivated, willing-to-learn.
• Strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently.
• Fluent in Chinese and English.
