Responsibilities

  • Provide PC Hardware & Software installation
  • Provide immediate end-user support and trouble shooting on IT applications
  • Maintain software licenses / hardware warranty updates
  • Purchase of IT equipment and software
  • Perform general administration support and documentation work
  • Some travel to Shenzhen is required

Requirements

  • Certificate or Diploma in Computer Science or in related discipline OR
  • Fresh graduated from IVE in IT or in related discipline
