System Implementation Engineer

Responsibilities:

l   Perform site visit and prepare site preparation documents

l   Coordinate site preparation works with internal and external parties

l   Responsible for Information Technology Infrastructure implementation such as system installation, configuration, tuning and troubleshooting

l   Provide second line support for different services and equipment of the company

l   Provide support to new product testing and assist with product/solution demonstration to customers

l   Provide on-site support if necessary

Job Requirements:

l   Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines

l   Minimum of 5 years experiences in large-scale IT infrastructure implementation and support

l   Minimum of 2 years experiences in large project implementation

l   Solid experiences in implementing structured cabling system in large data center and commercial buildings

l   Solid experiences in using and troubleshooting major IT brand hardware and software systems 

l   Strong desire to learn new technologies

l   Good communication skills

l   Excellent analytical, problem solving, and documentation skills

l   Self-motivated, responsible and a good team player 

l   Holding valid ITIL/PMP certifications is an advantage

l   Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
