Job Description
Operation and Maintenance Engineer
Responsibilities:
l Provide on-site service for equipment repairing and routine preventive maintenance service in Hong Kong
l Provide technical support and answer enquiries from our customers via phone or on-site
l Liaise and coordinate with our product and service providers
l Report daily maintenance work status and progress to supervisor
l Prepare and regularly update problem solving documents
l Provide admin support for daily routine
Job Requirements:
l Higher Diploma / Degree in IT / Electronic Engineering / Mechanical Engineering with minimum 1 year working experience in hardware maintenance on PC / Printer / Scanner
l Customer oriented, responsible and able to work independently
l Good commend of spoken and written English and Chinese
l Self-motivated, fast learner and willing to discover new technology
l Willing to take 24x7 shift duties
l Holder of Grade A Registered Electrical Worker Certificate is preferable
l Fresh graduate will also be considered
