Responsibilities:

•  Assist superiors to run the daily operation of the marine claims team
• Settle and handle all marine claims effectively and efficiently according to claims policy
• Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory and policy requirements internally and externally
• Prepare reports in a timely and accurate manner
• Perform any other duties as assigned by superiors

 Requirements:

• Degree holder with relevant discipline
• Experience in general insurance claims handling, or handling shipping documents preferred
• Experience in handling marine claims will be an advantage
• Detail oriented, pleasant and willing to learn
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese
• Good command of spoken and listening to Putonghua is a must
• Hands on PC knowledge and skills with Chinese word processing
