Job Description
Our client is a well known insurance company and they are now looking for high calibers to fill up the below positions:
Responsibilities
- Assess General / Life insurance claims and handle claims administration
- Handle enquiries and complaints from Customers and Sales Agents
- Review claims reports or claim documents and prepare general correspondence
- Participate in system testing and ad hoc projects
Requirements
- Degree holder
- 2 to 3 years of working experience in Customer Service or Claims in Insurance/ Banking Industry
- Experience in sales support preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office Application such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc
- Candidates with more claims experience in Travel, Accident & Health will be considered for Senior position
