Job Description
Responsibilities:
- General administrative duties including data input and filing etc
- Carry out ad-hoc assignments, other clerical support of the other department when needed.
- Perform outdoor delivery duty
- Handle full set of Import/Export (Asia & USA & Europe) shipping documents, outing invoices, assist to prepare Exports Documents & CO’s (Form-A,E,F)
- Follow up valid license/permit and lodge customs declaration for shipment
- Daily follow up documents with factories and local delivery arrangements, prepare Sea/Air booking and quotation requirements with forwarder and courier forms.
Requirements:
- F.5 or above with at least 1-2 yrs clerical working experience
- Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Proficient in computer applications and common software, including: Excel, Word, Access etc.
- Hard working & willing to learn
- Preferably with knowledge and experience in China custom regulations, good knowledge of L/C, CO’s (Form-A,E,F) and Banking document, TradeLink System
