Responsibilities:

• Perform daily testing and analysis, review and decide the status of incoming materials and finished products
• Compare lab results with specification standards and coordinate with internal and external parties for follow up and improvement actions
• Calibrate laboratory equipments and maintain proper lab manuals and reports
• Participate in quality inspections, audits and other quality related projects

Requirements:

• University degree in Food Science/Nutrition or related discipline
• 1-2 year working experience preferably gained in laboratory of food manufacturing industry (Fresh graduates will also be considered)
• Detail-minded with good analytical skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to solve problem and work under pressure
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English as well as computer applications
• Immediate available is highly preferred
