The jobholder is responsible for the sourcing operations tasks and also clerical support, including but not limit to backlog monitoring, on-site delivery tracking and act as a central point of contact between internal and external parties.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT 

• Perform order checking
• Provide delivery status analysis
• Follow up issues between departments
• Submit departmental reports
• Perform clerical duties

WHAT WE EXPECT 

• Post secondary or above
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience (manufacturing background is highly preferred)
• Attention to details and accuracy
• Customer oriented with good interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using MS Excel
• Self-initiative and able to work under pressure
• Team player with excellent communications skill
