Responsibilities:

• Support project management team to prepare detailed and precise project scope with clear understanding of requirements.
• Manage projects throughout the workflow from design creative to delivery with the coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide updates to stakeholders associated to the project status, changes or schedule changes.
• Keep project information organized and accurate.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
• Handle clients’ requests with immediate response.
• Report and escalate issues/concern to key stakeholders.
• Be a proactive team player to build strong relationships with the team based on trust, accountability and teamwork.
• With comprehensive on-job training to develop candidate with great career advancement opportunities

This role will have extensive exposure to world-class brands from banking and insurance, cosmetics and luxury, FMCG to creative artists.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in Project Management/Client Servicing.
• With good communication skills.
• Able to think and work independently.
• Be precise and organized.
• Multi-tasking, able to coordinate different projects at the same time.
• Effective and efficient, able to prioritize and allocate tasks to different parties.
• Be a proactive team player to build strong relationships with the team based on trust, accountability and teamwork.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Use MS Excel, PowerPoint & MS Word.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Work as a team and coordinate well with internal and external stakeholders.
