Responsibilities:

Project-based

• Able to prepare detailed and precise project scope on one’s own.
• Skilled in Independently managing project workflow, information and documentation for multiple complex projects concurrently.
• Schedule resource allocation and manage client’s expectation with realistic timeline.
• Provide updates to stakeholders associated to the project status, changes or schedule changes.
• Client projects vary from design creative, print and packaging, digital assets, video production, POP displays to gifts and premium.
• Demonstrate proficiency with on-line tools and technology in CRM and Project Management Systems as required by the business.
• Work with internal departments / external suppliers to resolve issues and provide value-added services to clients; displaying a sense of urgency and professionalism.
• Proactively identify obstacles and seek resolution to ensure products/services delivered on time.
• Provide professional advice or counter-offer when dealing with difficult situations.

Decision-Making

• Ability to deal with incidents independently and efficiently.
• Ability to negotiate delivery timeline based on resource availability and project scope.
• Ability to justify, defend, reject and reassign clients’ requests and manage client’s expectation properly.
• Ability to navigate complex and ambiguous situations and resolve issues effectively and collaboratively.

This role will have extensive exposure to world-class brands from banking and insurance, cosmetics and luxury, FMCG to creative artists.

Job Requirements:

• Project management certification. Relevant industry training. Advanced industry knowledge with demonstrated leadership experiences.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in Project Management role in related disciplines.
• Good communication skills with both internal and external parties.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and develop collaborative relationships with colleagues and clients.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability to lead projects and people across different teams.
• Strong time-management skills, with the sense for wise decision-making
• Attention to details and organized.
• Multi-tasking, able to coordinate different projects at the same time.
• Effective and efficient, able to prioritize and allocate tasks to different parties
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Use MS Excel, PowerPoint & MS Word.
