Job Description:

• Help to design and develop new product/ product range.
• Help to perform microbiological, physical and chemical test for the food products.
• Conduct lab test, equipment calibration & prepare test reports.
• Assist in implementation and monitoring of HACCP, ISO 22000 and related food safety system.
• Perform food quality, safety and hygiene inspection at production floor.
• Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Food Science or other related disciplines.
• 1 year working experience in food industry is highly preferred.
• Knowledge in GMP, HACCP and ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System would be an advantage.
• Proficiency in PC skills, e.g. Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Good analytical and problem solving skill.
• Strong communication skill and self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure.
• Result-oriented, responsible and reliable.
