Job Description
The client is a respected global financial group, is now seeking a Marketing Assistant – Corporate Communications & Marketing Communications (Part-time / Contract) to join their team in Asia Pacific. The client is flexible to hire this person in Part-time basis OR full time contract basis)
Responsibilities:
- Assist Marketing Communication & Corporate Communications team in the production of corporate and product literature
- Support corporate (both external and internal) events
- Assist in managing Marketing & Communications or company-wide projects
- Support implementation of internal and external communication initiatives
- Manage vendors and inventory control effectively
Job Requirements:
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese is a must
- Strong in proof-reading and writing skill
- Event Management experience is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint
- Proactive and can-do attitude with good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to handle multiple projects
Work days: 3 - 5 days / week
Working Hours: 09:00 - 16:00pm / 17:30pm
(Open to negotiate)
