Responsibilities:

- Manage day to day finance, accounting and treasury function at the corporate level.

- Responsible for financial and management reporting, audit, taxation, cash flow planning and management.

- Perform budget, projection and cost centre planning. Prepare budgeting reports to ensure annual budget is in line with business initiative and strategic planning.

- Review accounting and investment policies and procedures, as well as enhancing financial management system.

- Support investment team in finance and tax aspect and formulate accounting treatment for the recognition and measurement of investments.

- Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by management. 

Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree Holder in Accounting, Finance or other related discipline with professional Accounting qualification.

- Minimum 8 years relevant experience of which at least 5 years in financial service industry, i-bank, investment companies, and exposure in corporate finance, M&A, private equity.

- Big-4 trained, professional qualification such as HKICPA member or equivalent.

- Hand-on accounting experience and exposure in PRC corporation is an advantage.

- Well acquainted with Hong Kong & PRC accounting standards, taxation regulations, SFC requirements and Hong Kong listing rule.

- Strong technical knowledge and good understanding on consolidation, acquisition and disposal transactions and business combination.

- Independent, demonstrating a proactive approach, and able to work under pressure.

- Good interpersonal and people management skills.

- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese is required, proficiency in Mandarin is definitely an advantage.
