Responsibilities

• Prepares journal entries, vouchers and bookkeeping
• To arrange payment, manage the petty cash; Prepare cheque/TT payment;
• Prepare financial and management reports and month-end schedule
• Handle invoice settlement & expenses reimbursement;
• Follow up with customers for collection and monitor the ageing of accounts receivables
• Assist in any hoc assignment
• Report to account and finance manager

Requirements

• Diploma in accounting or above is preferred
• At least 4 years exp. in accounting
• Handle full set of book independently
• Proficient in PC affliction such as multiable system, excal, words
