Job Duties:

• Develop and promote APF’s services

• Ensure effective executions of service programmes

• Coordinate service programmes with different partners and stakeholders, from launch to completion, to ensure services are delivered in a timely and professional manner.

• Collect, evaluate and analyze feedback of service users, report service programmes’ effectiveness and suggest for improvements.

• Support APF’s fundraising and marketing projects and events together with the team.

 Requirements:

• Degree in Social Sciences, Marketing or relevant disciplines,

• 3 years or more relevant working experience, preferred gained from in the NGO sector

• Experience in developing programmes and organizing events are preferred.

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese is a must.

• Able to work independently with little supervision

• Proficient in MS office applications such as word, excel and PowerPoint.

• Strong in interpersonal, communication, negotiation, presentation, organization and project management skills.

• Great initiative, outgoing, responsible, good people skill and strong passion in social service.

• Creative, flexible and adaptable in a dynamic environment, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Immediate available is preferred but not a must.

Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Services Development Officer.
