We are looking for a Digital Marketing and Optimization executive to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns and capabilities across all digital channels.

Digital Campaign Management

• Create, manage, and implement integrated digital marketing campaigns and be the digital marketing practice leader for Hong Kong.

• Ensure governance standards for campaign & marketing operations are well-managed.

• Work closely with peer functions such as Product, Marketing and Corporate Communications teams to incept and amplify digital marketing efforts to pursue business goals.

• Ensure the management of the end-to-end digital marketing operations discipline that leverages digital marketing, processes and technology practices to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of digital marketing initiatives.

•Execute and manage digital marketing tools and practices

Financial

• Execute media and marketing spends to ensure effective utilization of digital marketing budgets to meet/exceed efficiency goals.

• Enforce standards related to meeting budget commitments, marketing efficiencies and related digital marketing benchmarks.

• Good knowledge of financial aspects of digital marketing campaign management, including budgeting, revenue generation, direct and indirect expenses in the digital domain.

• Work closely with internal business units to ensure digital strategy is aligned with all online and offline marketing strategies and are in compliance with prevailing governance standards.

Digital Development

• Execute plans as per Hong Kong Digital Marketing Strategy in concert with country financial and customer centricity goals.

• Actively participate in the development of digital capabilities to support the distribution of products and services.

• Collaborate with country and regional teams to enhance digital marketing tools and capabilities.

Measurement

• Closely track digital marketing performance and pursue digital optimization efforts through the deployment and management of campaign reporting.

• Prepare and manage regular management reports for digital production metrics, customer engagement/experience and analytics.

• Manage and reconcile digital marketing budgets in tandem with peer business functions.

Job Requirements:

• 3-4 years’ work experience with extensive understanding of Digital Marketing and e-commerce practices.

• Solid understanding of the digital marketing including web, mobile, content management, media and advertising.

• Strong interest in digital marketing, data analytics and data-driven business performance management.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Strong skills in business computing (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)

• Insurance and/or financial institution experience highly desired.

• Professional command over English and Cantonese required

• Experience on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Site Catalyst / Omniture a plus
