Job Description
Responsibilities
• Assist in coordinating media promotions and publicity to help raise the profiles of companies in Hong Kong Science Park
• Prepare a wide variety of corporate literature and press materials, including press releases, bylines, speeches, media interview, Q&As and presentation materials
• Compile daily clippings and reports for management review
• Handle enquiries from media and general public
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
• Bachelor degree in languages, journalism, communications or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in corporate communications, public relations for sizable companies, solid experience with media exposure is highly preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive and a good team player who can work under pressure
• Excellent command of English and Chinese (written and spoken), with ability to write clear and compelling materials
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing, etc.
