Job Description

Responsibilities

  • This position is responsible to support: 1) talent analytics; 2) annual talent management processes and 3) transformation projects.
  • He/she is a subject matter expert and serves as a clearinghouse for the Business Unit’s talent matters. This person will bring digital offers to the discipline that help us track progress/trends with our talent initiatives to ensure they are making the desired impact. He/she will also support our ambition to creating the right employee career experience/development.  The individual should have a basic understanding of statistical methods, relational databases and data warehouses.
  • Manage and improve the data management and program management of key talent process within the Business Unit.
  • Be the focal person for the annual processes: performance and talent review. Be the subject matter expert and coach on these processes as needed.
  • Manage development programs that support the people and talent strategy for the Business Unit.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders within the Business Unit as well as the rest of the organization to gather requirements for analysis / analytics / reporting projects.
  • Provide comprehensive reporting and dashboards with an objective to evaluate how our talent management practices align with the market condition, key competitors, critical roles and key competencies needs.
  • Support leaders on various transformation projects
  • Other ad hoc projects assigned by manager

Requirement

  • University graduate
  • High English proficiency
  • Has 5 years or more relevant experience
  • Ability working effectively within a matrix.
  • Willingness to 'roll up your sleeves' and perform tasks to get the job done efficiently and effectively.
  • Self-starter with ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time.
  • Excellent PC skills (powerpoint, excel, etc.)
  • Good communication skills, relationship management skills and a team player.
