Our Client, a government department, is seeking for Contract Overseas Publicity Relation Executive.

Job Description

- To compile media summaries in both English & Chinese.

- To prepare and implement visit programmes for overseas journalists visiting Hong Kong.

- To work on overseas publicity projects such as advertorials, special reports and online publicity campaigns.

- To coordinate the updating of information sheets.

- To facilitate news reporting of the overseas media in Hong Kong by handling press enquiries, circulating press releases and providing assistance to journalist at press conferences and briefings.

- To perform ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements

- A degree from a Hong Kong university or equivalent plus at least eight in aggregate years' journalism / publicity / public relations / event management / translation or other relevant experience; OR

- A diploma from a registered post-secondary college after the date of its registration plus at least eight in aggregate years' journalism / publicity / public relations / event management / translation or other relevant experience;

- A good command of English and Chinese.

- Good communication skills.

- Experience with public sector agencies will be an advantage.
