Leasing Officer (Listed Property Developer, HK$20-25K; 5 Day)

Our client is a Listed Property Developer in Hong Kong. They are seeking a Leasing Officer to join their growing business:

Responsibilities   

• Assist Leasing Manager in leasing activities, negotiation and tenancy administration of HK & PRC properties 
• Develop new tenants connections and maintain excellent relationship with existing and potential tenants 
• Analyzemarket trends and explore property investment opportunities;
• Conduct market research and analysis/investment analysis for new projects;
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned.

 Requirements

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Property Development or related disciplines;
• At least 3 years relevant experience from property developer / agency; 
• Familiar with current market condition and having good and extensive business network with tenants and property agencies
• A good team player with proactive working attitude and positive thinking;
• Cheerful, self-initiative, stable and customer-oriented;
• Result-oriented, enthusiastic, systematic with good communication skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Occasional Travel to PRC
