Responsibilities Include:

• Coordinate and support in the implementation of a wide range of corporate PR & marketing activities and events;
• Assist in the event management, including brainstorming, coordination and execution of PR events & activities to support direct sales teams' business development;
• Provide general support for the corporate communications department's routine works;
• Work closely with different vendors to ensure corporate communications activities and events are delivered on time and in quality;
• Prepare any write-up materials and translations for internal and client;
• Handle clippings and manage the filing system for both internal and clients, such as event photos, news clipping, etc;
• Assist in other ad hoc assignment

Who You Are:

• University degree with majoring in Communications / Journalism / PR / Marketing or related disciplines;
• Well organized, detail-oriented, able to handle multi-dimensional task with tight deadlines;a
• Self-motivated to work independently and under pressure;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Proficient in PC skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
