The Job :

• Assist in daily operation of the Elderly Lounge and organize indoor or outdoor activities.
• Handle customer requests and enquiries, conduct telephone survey and coordinate volunteer services.
• Liaise with tenants and assist training to volunteers to ensure smooth service delivery and support.
• Make regular home visits to elderly tenants in need and deliver brief psychosocial support.
• Carry out general office duties including clerical support and external delivery services.
• Outdoor work is required.

The Person:

• Matriculated OR 5 subjects obtained Level 3 or above in HKDSEE, including English and Chinese.
• Diploma in health or social science related disciplines an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience, preferably with social service experience.
• Good manner, sociable and cheerful character with strong communication, interpersonal, organization and customer services skills.
• Able to work independently and interested in communicating with elderly people.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing.
