Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the appointee will be required to:

• provide secretarial & logistic support for project meetings;
• undertake project administrative tasks such as preparation of meeting minutes, project updates and reports;
• provide administrative support to business development team, including data entry and filing; and
• perform any other duties as assigned.
  
  

Requirements:

• A recognised degree/ diploma in a related discipline;
• 3 years of relevant working experience;
• A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills;
• High proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing;
• Good command of Putonghua is a must; and
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
