Job Description
Our client, is a Japanese Company which is a manufacturer of Electronic Components, to copy with their ongoing business expansion, they are inviting high caliber professional to join our team to meet the challenges ahead.
Responsibilities
- Offer assistance to sales support on supervisor's demand
- Carry out translation duties (mostly among Japanese and Chinese)
- Handle customers' requirements, orders and enquirers
- Issued PO, packing list and arrange shipment
- Prepare all set of documents for purchase order, goods return, shipment and delivery
- In charge of office administration and coordination
Requirements:
- High Dip or above
- With 1 years working experience in Semiconductor / Manufacturing / Trading industry is preferable
- Good command in English & Mandarin
- Japanese Speaking (JLPT N2+) is a MUST
- Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Immediate available is highly prefer
