Job Description

Our client, is a Japanese Company which is a manufacturer of  Electronic Components, to copy with their ongoing business expansion, they are inviting high caliber professional to join our team to meet the challenges ahead.

 

Responsibilities 

  • Offer assistance to sales support on supervisor's demand
  • Carry out translation duties (mostly among Japanese and Chinese)
  • Handle customers' requirements, orders and enquirers
  • Issued PO, packing list and arrange shipment 
  • Prepare all set of documents for purchase order, goods return, shipment and delivery
  • In charge of office administration and coordination

Requirements:

 

  • High Dip or above
  • With 1 years working experience in Semiconductor / Manufacturing / Trading industry is preferable
  • Good command in English & Mandarin
  • Japanese Speaking (JLPT N2+) is a MUST
  • Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Immediate available is highly prefer
