Duties

Assisting the Senior Buying Officer to develop buying and merchandising strategies; exploring potential suppliers or merchants on assigned category, your major duties will include:

• Monitor the sales performance & purchase order logistics independently, establish good supplier networks, manage thePOS item master, and handle the documentation in accordance to the merchandise procurement formalities;
• Prepare the consignment reports monthly and service agreements with suppliers;
• Ensure the merchandise meets the statutory requirements such as safety and labeling;
• Understand the latest trend of international and domestic markets

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree/ Associate Degree holder in Retail Management, Buying & Merchandising or related discipline is preferred
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in buying & merchandising
• Proficient with computer software (MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing);
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English; Mandarin would be a definite advantage
• Immediate available is highly prefer
