Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned commodity supply chain in support of our products;
• Provide regional strategic sourcing and develop suppliers to meet quality, delivery and cost requirements;
• Continue to drive business process improvement to meet or exceed performance goals;
• Establish supplier management process and performance criteria to drive world class performance and competitive cost strategy;
• Develop and articulate commodity supply chain requirements to R&D, Engineering, as well as Global Commodity Management and World Wide Purchasing throughout the organization;
• Perform periodic business reviews with key suppliers;
• Develop quality, delivery, customer service, and cost metrics for supply base within the commodity;
• A strong negotiator with a creative approach to establish strong supplier and win-win relationship;
• Be professional with a sound standard of character.

Requirement:

• At least 8 years solid experience in sourcing of Plastic injection molding, Electro-Mech(connector, relay, inductor) and Li-Ion Battery  in multi-national electronics manufacturing companies;
• Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in sourcing departments with solid experience in handling sourcing activities;
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills when managing global and local suppliers;
• Good command of oral and written English and Chinese;
• Result-oriented, a good team leader and able to work under pressured;
• Station in Lo Wu office.
