Responsibilities

• Report to Assistant Product Manager/ Head of product/ General Manager
• Responsible for order control and follow up. Eg. Order tracking, price negotiation, prepare quotation, invoice, purchase orders, data input…
• Handle and follow up pre-production samples
• Work closely with suppliers and to ensure the orders are completed on time
• Monitor stock situation in warehouses and shops worldwide
• Coordinate with logistics team to ensure all shipping docs are sufficient and ensure smooth shipment handover
• Coordinate with designers & suppliers on product packaging development & production
• Assist Supervisor to determine the Collection per season
• Assist in launching new products under the supervision of Supervisors 
• Handle copywriting product description & prepare packaging briefs for designers for our new products
• Attend trade show for product sourcing
• Occasional travel to China is required
• Provide administrative and clerical support for the team
• Candidate with more experience can consider as Product Executive

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in related disciplines
• 1-2 years working experience in merchandising field
• Experience in mobile/fashion accessories sourcing will be a big plus
• Knowledge of sample development and production process
• Creative, passionate towards new technology
• Strong fashion sense & taste ideally more European/western-oriented
• Detail-oriented, mature, positive working attitude, willing to learn and a good team player
• Well-organized, self-motivated, responsible and work independently
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Down to earth, roll up sleeves and can-do attitude
• Able to work under pressure and take up challenges
• Good command of written & spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Proficient in MS Office
• Fresh graduates will be also considered
